As you may know, on November 1st the Health Connector officially launched its Open Enrollment period for 2023 health plan enrollment!

Open Enrollment runs through January 23, 2023, and is the time when residents of the Commonwealth can enroll in health insurance for the first time, or shop for a new health insurance plan – comparing plans offered by leading carriers to select a plan that best meets their unique needs.

December 23^rd is an important payment deadline to secure health insurance coverage effective January 1^st. It is important that your constituents select a plan and make a payment by December 23 for health insurance coverage effective January 1^st, and we are asking for your support in promoting Open Enrollment to your constituents. 

Please find social media toolkits below for your use to assist in promoting the December 23^rd payment deadline, the Health Connector’s free December public webinar, and the remainder of Open Enrollment through January 23^rd to your constituents and networks.

1. Open Enrollment Social Media Toolkit  - This toolkit (also attached as a PDF) provides sample social media messages and images that can be used for the month of December to promote key Open Enrollment messages and dates. We will be updating the toolkit throughout Open Enrollment, please feel free to use these posts to help amplify our Open Enrollment messaging to your constituents.

1. December 14^th Monthly Public Webinar & Toolkit – The Health Connector continues to host its monthly webinar for individuals in need of health insurance coverage. These webinars are geared towards raising awareness about monthly premium savings available to many enrollees, and this month’s webinar will include information on the Open Enrollment period for coverage beginning in January 2023, including reviewing how to apply, enroll, and make a payment for coverage.
